Who We Are

Rod Costner is the founder of Fidelis Investigations & Consulting. After spending 12 years as an investigator as both a police officer and sexual assault investigator in higher education, Rod launched the firm. Fidelis currently investigates cases for the U.S. government on a contract basis.
